Accessibility Services for Businesses and Higher Education
People should be able to use your website, complete your forms, and read your documents without unnecessary barriers.
At One Step Access, I help identify accessibility problems and explain what needs to change. My goal is to give you clear information, practical recommendations, and a manageable place to start.

How I Work
First, we discuss what you need reviewed and any deadlines. I then provide a written proposal explaining the scope, testing methods, deliverables, price, and timeline.
After testing, you receive clear findings and recommended next steps. Correction work and retesting are included only when stated in the proposal.
Pricing and Project Terms
All prices are in US dollars.
Final pricing depends on the amount and complexity of the work. Website development, code changes, document corrections, captioning, and other implementation work are quoted separately unless included in the proposal.
For business projects, a 50 percent deposit reserves the work, with the balance due upon delivery of the initial report. Higher education purchase orders and payment schedules can be arranged before work begins.
An accessibility review documents findings within the tested scope. It does not guarantee that an entire website or institution meets every requirement or provide legal certification.
